Will endeavour to strengthen a participant’s abilities to connect to and coordinate both community and mainstream supports (funded and unfunded) This includes resolving points of crisis, enhance their capacity to self direct with manage their supports and understand their responsibilities under service agreements
Negotiate services to be provided of multiple supports from a range of providers which intersect with mainstream services (i.e housing, education, transport and health)
Managing and ongoing adjusting of supports due to participant’s changing needs
Assisting with resolving problems or issues that arise.
Regular monitoring and outcome reporting for the participant/NDIA and the review process.
Once your application is approved, you can choose Ethical Coordination of Supports as a NDIS service provider - which means the disability services we provide for you will be covered by your NDIS funding.
Whether you want to move out of home, learn new skills, or simply live a more independent life, our staff can support you to develop a plan to help you achieve your goals.
Assisting with the participant to live the life they choose, help or supervision of daily life to enable the participant to live as independently as possible.
Support to enable the participant to maintain their home environment.
Enabling a participant to engage in community/social or recreational activities with in the community
